Given that FTX declared bankruptcy before any criminal proceedings were initiated against them, the correct answer is 0.
I’m more sympathetic to the idea that the crimes SBF was a convicted of only became crimes because of bad luck, and many people do similar stuff and don’t get unlucky with market crashes, etc for them to become crimes.
But that doesn’t change the fact that whether it was bad luck or not, FTX failed financially.
